Despite the will and commitment of the management, certain issues within the team are simply not getting off the ground. A lot of energy is lost somewhere during guiding. But why?

The favourite style trap describes the inability or unwillingness of the superior to adapt the management style to the qualities of the employees. The backgrounds for such management behaviour are different. It is often because the manager is not aware of other leadership styles - a lack of reflection on their own leadership behaviour.
Antidote
Think about it: Who would be the ideal manager for the current situation? How would she lead? And which aspect of this could you try out?
